The food will wow you, which is no surprise since the name Oao comes from founder and Executive Chef Bernardo Oao Jr.(pronounced "wow"), who has over 15+ years of experience in the sushi-making scene. Utilizing fresh, locally sourced, authentic ingredients, the extensive menu includes traditional nigiri and sashimi alongside cut rolls, handrolls, and signature small plates and entrées.
