Waimānalo Bay Beach Park

One of the longest, uninterrupted beaches on O‘ahu

Details

Waimānalo Beach Park is a thirty-eight acre park located on the windward or eastside of O‘ahu in the town of Waimānalo, which is about a thirty to forty-five minute drive from Waikiki / Honolulu, and south of Kailua and Lanikai beaches. With its off-the-beaten-path location, clear turquoise-blue water, soft white sand beach, and jaw-dropping views of the Koʻolau Mountains, it’s the perfect place to spend a day leisurely sunbathing and swimming. The three-mile long beach fronting the park encompasses Waimānalo Beach Park, Waimānalo Bay Beach, and Bellows Beach, making it one of the longest, uninterrupted beaches on O‘ahu. Amenities include restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking, picnic areas, pavilion, camping by permit, athletic fields, plenty of shade provided by a large grove of Ironwood trees (known locally as Sherwood Forest);and there are lifeguards on duty.
